Bee Cave District,
We are already off and running in 2025, Bee Cave District! Make plans to pause for one evening to look back and honor our adult volunteers who made Scouting in the Bee Cave District in 2024 such a wonderful program for our youth. We invite all unit leaders to share in fellowship, celebration (and tacos!) while we announce and bestow our District awards for the Stinger, Bronze Bee, District Award of Merit, and recognize our Cub Scout and Scout of the Year. Please be sure to invite all your Stinger award recipients to join you! Dinner will be catered by Don Mario's Mexican Restaurant. Dinner will be a variety of street tacos with all the fixin's, sides and dessert (vegetarian and gluten free options available).
Tickets are $30 per person.
When: Thursday, March 13th, from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Where: Lake Hills Church (11521 Bee Caves Rd, Austin, TX 78738)

Hey, Bee Cave District!
As we prepare for the holidays, the Bee Cave District Committee has decided to not hold a Roundtable this coming Thursday, December 12. We hope you're able to spend this time getting some (likely needed) rest and can spend some time with family and friends. As always, feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Rocket Day: We'll be sure to keep you up to date on the status of Rocket Day, but it looks like it'll likely happen early 2025 most likely. More soon!
