Every youth deserves a trained leader.

The Bee Cave District offers courses to teach adult leaders about Scouting including: learning how to contribute to or manage a Pack or Troop, understanding roles and responsibilities in a successful Scout Unit and learning essential skills for being the ideal example for scouts.

Several classes are available online (check out http://olc.scouting.org) but most are offered in a workshop format at a convenient location in the District. Courses are taught by experienced volunteers. While most courses are taught in the Spring and Fall, some may be available upon request. Most are free but some courses may require a fee up to $20 for supplies. Check the Bee Cave District Calendar or follow the links below to see what is available for you.

trainedScouters completing the training appropriate for their position within their Unit are eligible to wear the Trained patch on their uniform.  Identify your track for being "officially Trained" below!
